Your most embarrassing waxing story…

I decided to give myself a home bikini wax for the first time. I carefully laid out my supplies – towels, hot wax and fabric wax strips – and then things went horribly, horribly wrong. For one thing, I got hot wax all over everything – the counter, floor and my new luxury towels. I also neglected to buy wax remover oil, so I had sticky wax stuck to my bikini area that I just couldn’t remove, no matter how hard I wiped with my new (and now ruined) towels. But the worst part was when I tried to wax in a very delicate area (think Brazilian). I applied the wax and the cloth strip and took a deep breath and…essentially I ripped my skin and blood starting pouring down my leg. I had a gash more than an inch long, which took almost a week to heal.
